I brought the car in without and appointment to have someone look at the battery and not only did they take me right away, they gave me a free hubcap when they saw mine was missing. They also took the time to fix a problem with my bluetooth setting. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Just leased the new VW CC..... ASK FOR EHSON!!! I contacted a few other VW dealerships including Oakland, Royal in San Francisco and Dublin, I live in San Ramon not very close to Colma at all and a lot of dealerships closer including Dublin (I'm not even going to get started with Dublin) which is literally 5 miles away. Not only did Serramonte give me the best price UPFRONT out of all the dealerships and they had the exact car I wanted in stock!

Upon arriving the car was sitting right in the front of the showroom already detailed and ready to go! There was no usual "car sales tactic games" here, no hidden fees everything was upfront! My salesman was Ehson, who was fairly new to VW but said he had been in the business for some time was very professional. The Floor Manager, Rich made sure the whole process went smoothly. Finance was easy no pushing but Pete the Finance Manager gave me such a great deal I ended up purchasing a few extra items (WHICH I NEVER DO) I feel like I am on first name basis with everyone here.

After finishing the paper work the car was already filled with gas, the General Manager Arash and the Sales Manager Masood personally came out and introduced them selves. Little things set Serramonte Volkswagen apart from the rest of the dealerships I have done business with. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY IF THERE WAS 10 THEY WOULD GET TEN.

I have never purchased a car here or dealt with their sales staff, however I have been working with the service department for several years now.

I have brought 3 cars (GTI, Jetta and R32) to them time and time again and they have been nothing short of fantastic to deal with. The staff was amazing, Michelle is super friendly, Oscar is the man when it comes to taking care of his customers!

What a great car buying experience yesterday. I've been looking for a TDI Jetta for the past month and landed on Serramonte Volkswagen. I went through their Internet Sales department and had a very smooth and very HONEST car buying experience. Everything they said on the phone and in their e-mails to me all turned out to be true. Jack and Jason work as a team in the Internet Sales department. These guys are good, courtesy and friendly. I'm a very picky buyer with high expectations and these guy met 'em. Way to go!

But since they have moved to another location which is in Serramonte Blvd. I was just stunned and surprise to see the amazing transformation of this company! Let's start from the crew, they have done a great job in this place of business. This is one of the best dealership i've ever been. Ramin (Ray) is the person that sold me the car. He is a very good sales person (10 out of 10). He explained every single thing about the car, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. At the end of the day, we are more like a friend instead of customer and seller. I had a very good experience with these guys. I bough my car on a Sunday night (no kidding) - sales rep, manager, finance stayed as late as it took me to get through all my questions and paperwork (I left around 8:30 PM). Sales reps were professional and very polite. However, what really got me to visit this place (I drove from SJ) was an agreement over a price we made with a manager over the phone. He kept his promise! Folks, this is really important - I visited most of the VW dealers in the Bay area, and most of them would lure you in with a price offer (or some other lie) and then simply don't keep their word. Next day I visited Team VW's service department (I wanted a GPS software installed) and I was also impressed with their professionalism. The person I worked with (Dan) was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Btw, I bought a Jetta SportsWagen TDI - great car!

Ended up buying a 2000 Subaru Outback from the fine folks at Serramonte Volkswagen of all places. I mean, who shops for Subaru in VW country? Anyway, Subaru is what I wanted and Serramonte had a nice one on the lot so I made an appointment to take a closer look. From my first telephone contact to my test drive with Sales Consultant and the subsequent negotiation and agreement along with the easy paperwork for the sale and ending with an informative and friendly interaction with Business Manager, when the deal was finalized, my experience was great. I didn't exactly expect that I'd be driving off the lot in a new (to me) Subaru but everyone was helpful and genuinely interested in making a deal that worked for me, and it was one of the easiest big ticket purchases I've ever made. This has to do with the service guys-they're all great. Efficient in getting everything done, super polite and they fixed my car...twice! Plus it was under recall and it didn't cost me anything. I'm not one that tends to take my car into a dealership to get it worked on for various reasons but I'll be sure to take my car in here, even if it's not under recall. Oscar and Zack were ultra helpful and great guys to work with!

Having just returned to the United States I was in need of a used and reliable vehicle but unsure what make and model I wanted. I visited Serramonte Volkswagen and working with their sales reps I was able to trial several makes and models finally settling on a used Volkswagen Jetta. They were all patient throughout the process and did his best to meet my needs. I've been driving around town this last week in the snow and ice and my Jetta is performing well. What a relief, I had been from dealer to dealer.. I was exausted when i got to Serramonte Volkswagen, and expecting the worst. But what i got was a warm welcome from a, much calmer than me, crew.

It was cold outside and i was immediately offered hot tea by a guy named Michael Dowdy, much needed and appreciated. I came in because I saw a car I'd been hoping to purchase and they had it.. A beatiful G35 coupe, i would of bought it in a flash. But i can't drive a manual!! bummer.

Went to test drove the Jetta for my wife over at the local dealership, Royal Motors. Just got turned off by the pushy sleezy sales guys. Walked out went home sent an email to most of the dealerships in the Bay. Bob Lewis gave me the best price but Serramonte had the car I wanted in stock and was willing to beat the price by $100 dollars with three free oil changes! Easy, hassle free experience would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

This past weekend my wife and I drove from the San Francisco out to Serramonte to buy a Volkswagen Jetta from Serramonte VW. My wife found the car on the Internet and so we dealt directly with Jack and Jason, the Internet / Fleet Manager. They are truly remarkable guys. Very friendly and have an easy-going manner. They are extremely knowledgeable about the cars they sell, and even though it was a busy day at the dealership, they took a great deal of time and trouble to help us get fully acquainted with the car we were interested in. Needless to say, we bought the car at a price that made us very happy. All in all, the people at Serramonte Volkswagen made us feel welcome and relaxed, and left us with the impression that they genuinely appreciated our business. By the way, this is the first time I've ever written a review of a car dealership. That's how impressed I am with our experience.
